Indie Development - What I Want my Power ups and Obstacles to do

In Unreal 4 Blueprints I'm finding it hard to create what I want to achieve in my blueprint for specific objects, here I'm going to list them as some form of a Blueprint way as I know what I want everything to do I just cant find the process anywhere:

Life - Player collides with the pickup, player gains a life (displayed on HUD), if player already has 3 lives they gain points instead,  life pickup gets destroyed, life pickup re spawns again afterwards for the player to pick up when they run through back to the start.

Bamboo - Player collides with bamboo pickup, players movement speed increases permanently,  bamboo pickup gets destroyed, bamboo pickup re spawns again afterwards for the player to pick up when they run through back to the start.

Green Tea - Player collides with green tea pickup, player gains a temporary movement speed boost and is immune to all damage, green tea pickup re spawns again afterwards for the player to pick up when they run through back to the start.

Green Leaf - Player collides with green leaf, player gains 100 points added to their score, green leaf pickup re spawns again afterwards for the player to pick up when they run through back to the start.

Brown Leaf - Player collides with brown leaf, player loses 500 points from their score, brown leaf pickup re spawns again afterwards for the player to pick up when they run through back to the start.

Bear Trap - Player collides with the bear trap, bear trap does its closing animation, player gets held in place for a couple of seconds and loses a life, bear trap opens, player loses some movement speed permanently and is released from the bear trap

Spiked Pitfall - Player collides with spiked pitfall, player loses one life, player bounces off the spiked pitfall and gets pushed to the other side of it to the next ledge or platform.

Platform - Player collides with the side or underneath of the platform, player passes through the platform, player lands on top the platform
